Women's Legal Service Inc

Women’s Legal Service Queensland (WLSQ) is Queensland’s only state-wide specialist community legal centre providing free legal and social work services to women and their children impacted by domestic and family violence and sexual assault. We assist women in the areas of family law, child support, child protection, domestic violence and some areas of sexual assault as well as providing community legal education and participating in advocacy and law reform. WLSQ exists to help vulnerable and disadvantaged women. Without WLSQ and the community that supports us, many of our clients would have nowhere else to turn.
